This report, written by a consultant in consultation with Y+ and the Youth Advisory Group is a culmination of feedback from young people, collected as part of the following activities: a pre-training questionnaire which focused on the context in both countries and young people’s experiences of receiving and advocating for CSE. This was followed by a 2 day training workshop in early February 2024, which offered a CSE reflection and question and answer space. Further to this were consultations and interviews with the Youth Advisory Group, Community Dialogues and Advocacy Planning Sessions. The report therefore details young’s people’s perspectives on the status of CSE in both countries and what they want.
