On January 24th, the Trump administration halted all global health funding, including USAID, CDC, and PEPFAR, causing major disruptions to HIV prevention, treatment, and care, especially for young people and marginalised communities.

In response, youth-led networks such as Y+ Global, Youth LEAD, Youth RISE, The PACT, and others launched a survey to assess the impact on their programs and operations. The findings, now compiled in an infographic fact sheet, offer critical insights to support advocacy and resource mobilisation.
